Shop online, backed by real people in-store
Personal Interaction
Every online order is personally handled in-store by a member of our experienced sales team, who will keep you updated on the status of your order and your delivery schedule. Orders can be paid by debit card, credit card or EFT.
Click & Collect
Place your order online for collection at our store and warehouse in Strand. Pay for your order online, electronically, or in store at our till points.
Secure & Protected Payments
Card payments are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway powered by Peach Payments. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Payflex, Mobicred, Zero Pay, Apple Pay and 1Voucher. You are only ever charged for the goods you receive.
Electronic Funds Transfer
EFT payments are cleared per standard banking timeframes (48–72 hours) and orders are only processed once payment reflects. For urgent orders we recommend card payments or immediate-clearance transfers to prevent delays.
Online Exclusive Deals
Online Exclusive Deals are valid for orders placed online. You may place and pay for these orders in-store using your mobile phone to qualify for the online-exclusive pricing.
Delivery
Orders are delivered within 24–48 hours of receiving your order and payment. For locations outside our delivery areas we can arrange a reliable courier service to other parts of South Africa.
Promotional Pricing In-Store
Orders placed online for items on in-store promotional pricing are invoiced at the promotional price — you are charged the invoice value, not the original order value, and our team will confirm the pricing with you.
